This year we are planning to sell our ethically and sustainably reared, grass-fed beef direct to customers. All our beef will be from native-breed cattle reared right here on our farm in the beautiful Blackdown Hills.

The Beef Barn

Our Hereford, Aberdeen Angus, Murray Grey and Devon breeds roam the hills high above Hemyock until they reach maturity. The beef is then prepared to the highest possible standards by a local family-run, craft butcher.

We will be using a small local family-run butchery and abattoir who adhere to the highest standards of care and specialise in providing services to independent farmers and small holders. They are also proud member of the Association of Independent Meat Suppliers, National Craft Butchers and the Humane Slaughter Association, and are Soil Association Approved.

The first of our Palmers Farm beef will be ready at the end of April 2022 and we will be taking pre orders for it in March. If you would like to receive an order form from us, please join our mailing list and we will email one over to you.
